2.Do you charge sales tax and shipping fee?
Except a few countries(United States, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Cambodia, New Zealand) are exempt freight, all other charge.

3.Are your products of good quality?

4.Why are your items cheaper than the market?
We are worldwide company. we bring items directly from the manufacturers to the customers abroad. We send the item from factory straightly with manufacturer's price. That's why our shoes are cheaper than the market. Please be assured, it's 100% authentic.

5.How long will I receive my order?
One week usually.Here we arrange order package and ship it out within 12hours in our working days - Monday to Friday-4:30 am to 6 pm (GMT +08:00). And in others time,we have our service online someday for business busy.

6.Can I monitor the delivery process?
Yes, when the product delivery takes place, you will receive a notification by e-mail which notify you that your boots has been shipped ,And 24 hours later ,the tracking number that you have received will be trackable on Express Mail Service Official site :http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp , you will find the possibility to look-up an order, so that you can see exactly.

7.How can I cancel an order?
To cancelling an order, please contact our Customer Support department at  within 12 hours after you placed the order ,You will be asked to provide the order's number together with the reasons of cancellation.Please aware within 12 hours Or you order would be shipped out.

8.What is your return Policy ?
We are committed to your complete satisfaction . You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
